Sessions

There are 3 types of sessions: Initial, Follow-Up, and Sport Injury.  Individual results will vary according to your constitution, diet, exercise, stress levels, lifestyle, etc.

There are 2 factors that affect the speed of your recovery.  These are Duration and Level of Severity.  For example, if your injury or discomfort is fairly new or acute—meaning that it occurred 3-4 months ago, the results are faster and will most likely take 1-2 sessions.  If the Level of Severity is mild to moderate this will also speed the recovery.
With more chronic or long-standing cases, again, this varies according to your specific condition.  However, anything that has accumulated over time and became worse over time requires more frequent sessions.
Here is another way to look at it.  You can’t lose 50 lbs in one day and this holds true as well with Medical Qigong Therapy.  If it took years of accumulation it will require more sessions and lifestyle changes.

Initial Session:  60 minutes and is the most Highly recommended session for everyone especially if your condition is chronic or long-standing.  The initial session helps rejuvenate or reboot your energy system.  This session is most effective due to its profound energetic shift.  Within this 60 minute period I will do my best to rid you of your physical and emotional blocks as well as recommend some qigong techniques that are specific for your health condition.

Follow-Up Session:  40 minutes and is very beneficial for health maintenance.  This session is highly regarded for chronic cases as well as overall health maintenance.

Sport Injury Session:  10 minutes and is recommended for the athletes, dancers, martial artists, etc.  I’m also willing to include individuals who only want for me to work on one thing.  Any type of pain or discomfort of the joints or limbs. This session is also recommended for children under 12 years of age.
